Ouchy

Well, I said I'd commit to updates here on the fitness regime and here you have it:
Day 1: hit my 10,000 (according to dodgy app, now deleted - anyone know of any accurate pedometer apps?).
I am covered in blisters!
Why didn't I wear my running shoes???
First lesson learned!
Perhaps today I won't be hitting my 10,000 steps...
