With a six hour round trip in store my goal for this weekend is to finish Ds beanie hat and get quite a bit further with our French lessons. We've been a little slack after the disastrous 'can' episode but we got back on the wagon and can now confidently tell you who can and who can't do it... Je peux!
Hopefully the weather will stay dry and we can nurture our little garden and get it sowing and a growing and giving us fruitful bounty. Rather than bringing us those treasured little gifts the cats like to give us for being such good housekeepers... not that we aren't touched by their thoughtfulness of course ;)
For now though I'm trapped in a doctors surgery, awaiting my turn and regretting not bringing my knitting and a nice hot coffee with me.
Oh well, we can't have what we want all of the time. At least it gave me time to talk to you and post a little pic of Ds hat in the making.
