Today at work we've organised a Jubilee themed Bake Off. There's bunting, balloons, confetti, masks, gloves and PRIZES! My entry is a white chocolate baked cheesecake with a ginger nut biscuit base.
I'm writing this while I enjoy the calm before the last-day-at-work-before-a-holiday storm. So wish me luck, hopefully tonight I can celebrate with a well-deserved g&t and a spot of knitting - it's been three days! THREE DAYS! It's a wonder that I've even survived this long without picking up the needles :-)
